4. Ordering & Payment

•    Orders can be placed via our Website.
•    We accept payments via credit card, PayPal, and other payment methods displayed at checkout.
•    Payments must be completed before an order is processed and shipped.
•    Prices listed on the Website are in Israel New Shekels (INS) and exclude applicable taxes VAT is added at point of purchase.

5. Shipping & Delivery

•    We currently ship to Israel and international locations.
•    Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on location and shipping method.
•    Estimated delivery times: 
o    Israel: 30 business days
o    International: 60 business days (subject to customs delays)
•    We are not responsible for delays due to customs, postal services, or force majeure events.
•    Any customs duties or import taxes imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Returns & Refunds

•    We accept returns sent from purchaser within 10 days of delivery if the product is defective or incorrect.
•    The returned item must be unused and in its original condition.
•    Refunds will be processed after we receive the returned item.
•    Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was incorrect or defective.
